Well my New Year’s resolutions is to get alot fitter, I cut out chocolate, alcohol, caffine, pop, red meat & fried food plus alot more exercising will be done. Its not wanting to be a size 0 or anything but just feeling alot better when looking at fashion magazines and yes models make me feel sad that I can’t wear a size 0 let alone a 2; its like an 8 or 10 is just to big for the world now and here goes letting go of most things and getting healthier things into your life.

May my New Years be full of good results and no turning backs….

Amber,

Maybe instead of working on your shape, you should work on your grammar: a lot is two words, and you’re also missing a few apostrophies. And before you think I am just a fat girl that is looking to cut others apart, I am a size four with an eight month old!

Amber,
Being healthier is a great goal! I’m already a small size, but I actually feel jealous of my superfit husband, so I’m making some changes too. I decided to do a triathalon with him in July, and I’m giving up sugar because it messes your joints up pretty badly. Good luck to you!!
