Forget Project Runway, for the next five weeks it’s all about Project Mariah! Starting today, in celebration of her newest signature scent, Luscious Pink, Mariah Carey is hosting an online dress competition that lets you be the designer, creating the next stage look she’ll wear on tour. Click over to Mariah’s Closet and upload your own design for the singer, or use a ready-made template to create a signature look. While you’re there, check out what other contestants are coming up with and vote on their creations. Mariah and her team will select the final winner — and we’ll see the results on the star herself!

Good news for Mariah Carey fans. The singer has just announced that following the success of her first scent last year, she will be launching a new sparkling floral this September. Luscious Pink by Mariah Carey will have notes of Tahitian tiare flower — just like the original M by Mariah Carey scent — but will change it up with a bouquet of lily of the valley, pink peony and a touch of white musk. As for why she decided to create a second scent with Elizabeth Arden, Mimi reveals, “Launching my first perfume was such an amazing experience that it has inspired me to expand my fragrance collection.” But it’s the newlywed’s description of Luscious Pink as “an ethereal…scent that reflects the delicately sensual, feminine and optimistic side of me that is so present today in my music, my fragrance and my life,” has us intrigued. Two iconic singers known for their high heels and micro hemlines, but when it comes to throwing out the first pitch in style, who strikes out? Victoria Beckham memorably stepped up to the pitcher’s mound at Dodgers Stadium last summer in short-shorts and Dries Van Noten wedge sneakers. And this week, Mariah Carey just may have one-upped her in platform heels, denim cut-offs and a tummy-baring satin jacket. While both women clearly spent more time picking their shoes than working on their curveball, we have to pick a winner in this instance — isn’t that what sports is all about? What does one of the hottest stars wear after her out-of-the-blue island nuptials? Just some hot little bikinis, if you’re Mariah Carey. Just before the wedding took place, Mariah’s stylist hit the stylish Pesca boutique in New York to pick up a few things “for a trip that came up all of a sudden,” according the store’s owner. Mariah’s honeymoon must-haves are multiple bikinis from Beach Bunny Swimwear that are “colorful and fun and sexy,” including the “Lady Lace,” $209, the “Sweet Escape,” $240, the “Beautiful Stranger,” $239 and the embroidered “Secret Garden,” $294. You’ve got to admire a girl who knows what works for her — and sticks with it! While promoting her 18th Number One single, “Touch My Body,” everywhere from New York to London to Paris, Mariah Carey honed in on a solid combo — colored, cropped bomber jackets (from Gucci and Members Only), skintight black dresses and matching sky-high heels. We love Mariah’s simple plan of attack when packing for such an extensive promotion tour, but we’d get bored too quickly! Tell us: What do you think of Mariah’s new signature look? From wearing bling on the beach to stilettos in the snow, Mariah Carey never gives up her glam. For a recent appearance on TRL, Mimi dressed down in Miss Sixty skinny jeans, a Galliano graphic red tank and patent puffer coat–but in classic diva style she added sexy, strappy red wedge heels by Azzedine Alaia. Her past shoe choices have convinced us that Mariah is an expert in walking in towering heels, but these wedges seem especially treacherous.
